Euromac is thrilled to welcome you to our upcoming Open House event this September. Our doors will be open throughout the entire month to showcase our latest engineering milestones, with the spotlight firmly on the official debut of our all-new, redeveloped TB3 series.
The TB3 series represents the next generation of Euromac innovation, boasting an impressive top production speed of 800 m/min. The entire platform has been modularly developed, giving you the flexibility to configure the machine from a streamlined, basic setup all the way up to advanced automation levels.
During the event, we will be highlighting:
- The TB3.08 (Classic Version Duplex Series): We have completely re-engineered our top-selling model to significantly reduce its footprint while maintaining a superior operator overview and unmatched accessibility. The machine on display features a 1.450mm web width, accommodating a 1200mm parent reel diameter and an 800mm rewind diameter.
- The TB3.08I (Fully Integrated Version Duplex Series): Specifically developed for the high capacity demands of the converting industry, this fully integrated version features the same 1.450mm web width but is optimized for a 1000mm parent reel diameter.
- The TB3 Basic Version: Designed specifically for companies seeking affordable performance, offering a highly competitive entry point into premium slitting without compromising on Euromac’s signature reliability.
- TB3.08T2F & TB3.08IT2F ( The Double Turret Duplex Series): Alongside our duplex series, Euromac is proud to introduce a brand-new line of double turret machines following the exact same modular philosophy. These models are engineered specifically for companies looking to maximize throughput and achieve the highest levels of operational productivity.
Alongside the premier of the TB3 series, visitors will also get an exclusive look at a versatile selection of our industry-proven machinery:
- The CB 800: Euromac’s high-performance doctor rewinder features standard bi-directional running capabilities. The machine on display is configured for an 800mm web width, with an 800mm reel diameter on both sides, and operates at a top speed of 400 m/min
- The TB2.05: Launched last year to high acclaim, this model shares the exact same base specifications as the CB 800 (800mm web width and 800mm diameters) but operates at a top speed of 500 m/min in doctor mode. As a powerful extra feature, the TB2 can be integrated with a second winding shaft—instantly turning it into a duplex slitter capable of slitting multiple reels with a maximum finished diameter of 500mm.
- The TB6.12CM: One of our top-selling lines, engineered for a 2.600mm web width, a 1200mm parent reel diameter, and a 1200mm rewind/slitting diameter. The rewind section is supplied with individual rewind stations, making it fully capable of controlling and producing heavy-duty rolls at high production speeds of up to 800 m/min.
